ER316LSI affords the same characteristics as 316L.

With brilliant welding characteristics thanks to a higher silicon content, enhances the wash and wetting behavior in the GTAW welding process also allowing better arc stability along with minimal post-weld grinding. The low carbon in the weld metal gives excellent assurance against inter-granular corrosion.
